Car accident claim – does it really work?

No-one can know when they are going to be involved in an accident, least of all a toddler, but three year old Liam Brickell of Merseyside received ?14,000 from making a car accident claim. The toddler was seriously injured after being hit whilst on a pedestrian crossing whilst being accompanied by his mother, Nicola Watkins. Liam was hit by an uninsured and disqualified driver in a Vauxhall Cavalier, who had previously jumped a red light before colliding in the toddler, and then continued to drive off without stopping. His car was later found abandoned in a nearby street, and the driver was found a short time after.
Liam had very serious internal and head injuries due to the accident, and was taken straight to the Wirral Arrowe Park Hospital in the high dependency unit to be treated. Read more…
